Trouble sleeping

Anyone else experianced this. I just cant sleep. I cant get comfy, when I do dose off, I wake and hour later and this happens all night! I do have a niggley lower back pain but not enough to stop me sleeping! Any ideas?? xx

i have been having the same. Waking up every hour or so!!!! Then I need a wee the minute I wake up. Can't get comfortable in any position, then I get hot!!! What a nightmare. lol

I have this too, it's very annoying

I've even been in the spare bed a few times because I've been too hot.

I had it every night till about nine weeks is be on here or fb at 5am most night

I am exactly the same too! Its so irritating ha
Torino I have also stayed in our spare room a few times as its cooler, but the OH has woke up and paniced that I have fell out with him and woke me up to check which made me even more annoyed ha xxxxx

I'm exactly the same..... I managed to get OH to treat me to one of those fancy pregnancy pillows that encourage you to sleep on your left side and that helps a bit.

I'm not sleeping so great because I seem to have really strange (and scary) nightmares. I even got up the other night as I had a horrible dream about my 5 year old step son and then had to go an check on him sleeping to check he was ok!

My friend is about to go into Tri 3 and she said this goes fairly soon so fingers crossed for some

Know i am only early in, but i have barely slept sat and sun night. Hot, couldn't get comfy and i think my mind is quite bust aswell. Been up since 6am today, so hoping a good night tonight xx

Oh thank god its not just me!!I thought I was the wierd one! everyone else seems to be able to sleep standing up!!! I had another rubbish night last night. Nightmare!!!! xxxx

Through the day I could fall asleep at the click of a finger but at night I am tossing and turning, hot, needing a wee, thirsty etc etc. And what is with these odd/scary/just plan silly dreams!!!!!!!
