I've just joined Tesco Diets online, £30 for 10 weeks.
You get a meal plan but if you dont like one of the options you can choose an alternative from hundreds of others.
It gives you the choice of cooking your own meals and has loads of recipes, or you can choose from loads of ready meals.
Just as an example, one of my days would be:
BREAKFAST: Cheese on toast, Cereal and Piece of Fruit with a glass of orange juice.
DINNER: Beans on toast with a glass of milk.
TEA: Chicken sausages with beans & mash
SNACK: 3 biscuits with a glass of milk
And you can print off your shopping list so you can buy everything you need each week. They give you days for weigh-ins and you just keep a record of it online.
I start on Sunday. I would NEVER go to a weight watchers meeting or anything like that, I prefer to do things on my own 8)
