since being pregnant i have started to get travel sickness. I have a long jeorney to make next week do you know if its safe to take a travel sickness tablet? The ones i have dont say you cant and i cant imagine one would harm baby. Maybe i should ask the pharmacy. I dont and havnt had morning sickness so its odd that i get the travel sickness!

Yeh ask to be sure! U can try the seabands for ur wrists too!

I would ask, too, just to be on the safe side. There are also those travel sickness wristbands which you can definitely use, I found they did actually help a bit when I had morning sickness.

Oops, sorry, saw too late that MrsMc had already posted exactly the same!

I've found making sure I eat and drink before travelling helps - my travel sickness is worse if hungry or thirsty! And take a break every hour or so, if only for 10 mins. I've always had bad travel sickness, but it has got worse since being pregnant -so bad now I can't take a 45 min journey in a car without feeling really ill.
