girls, I have seriously had trapped wind, very bloated. Have taken windeaze as recommended by midwife and it's brilliant! Parping a lot but they work...just thought I'd share!
It catches me badly every 2 weeks or so......it becomes unbearable (a lot like a contraction - seriously!)
I didn't have any ideas how to deal with it so I just go and lie in the car/ go home to bed for a couple of hours.
They seem to be working for me!! Also lots of water and peppermint tea which I don't like at all...anything to get rid of wind though!! Now I know how a baby feels when you don't burp it...ouch! Xx
I have a very strange method that helps me when I have wind. I can't remember where I learned it but it works for me a lot of the time! If you get on all fours and drop your elbows down so that your bum is higher...gravity can help the air rise!
