Totally stuck for girl's names!

Okay, our surname is Kashouli so we'd rather not have anything that starts with a 'K' sound. Also I'd love a name that can be shortened (maybe in more than one way) so that they can choose their own shorter name when they get older. Does anyone have any ideas? For some reason I've had loads of great name ideas for boys but none for girls!
