Too warm!!

Anyone else been feeling too warm to get to sleep the past few nights and can't sleep? I just can't get comfortable atall

Yes it's been really yucky trying tosleep in the evenings! Let's be thankful we won't have full blown bumps into aug/ sept!! X

I was just thinking the same thing then realised I would have a full blown bump Aug-Sep DOH timed that wrong!!!

It's horrible eh.. owell not too long to go now! I've ended up sitting up since half 2 bouncing on my ball and eating pineapple

I've been up all night boiling hot and glued to my toilet with sickness and diarrhea, absolutely knackered now, hope oh let's me have a lie in!!!

I woke up sweating last night and I had the windows open & duvet off - ick! X

I can't stand the heat
I've got an industrial sized fan in our bedroom that goes on full blast on days like this, otherwise I just will not sleep at all!
I've also got some magicool spray (well, poundland's version that works just as well!) which is a lifesaver

I did the same at around ten, just lay on bed now looking like a beached whale in mi kecks n croptop sweating my boobies off hahaha x x x

Me to.. Past few nights far too warm and then hubby comes to bed and shuts the windows!!! apparently the birds keep him awake!!

Just snuggled in bed with my hot water bottle.... For my backache! Its that keeping me awake.... Its cool here in Scotland....

Blaaaah, up again with the bloomin heat!

Think I might try some of the cooling spray some of you have mentioned or maybe it would be worth getting a fan for the bedroom!

Hey rachey its too hot isn't it we had a little desk top fan on half the night but it's made me feel headachy and stuffy so I turned it off! Now jut feel boiling !! Eww! X
