told my mum today

I told my mum today that I was expecting, for some reason I was really nervous as if I'd been a naughty girl but I'm a grown up married woman!
But I needn't have been nervous she was absolutely delighted, gave me a big hug and as we were out shopping at the time she bought some soft wool in pale green and cream and a knitting pattern for a pretty baby blanket and she says she can't wait to start knitting again
