To sweep or not to sweep???

Midwife is due out in the next hour and I don't know whether to have sweep or not

It's not my normal midwife and last time it did nothing, just made me sore, but I keep thinking if she examines me she could tell me something encouraging like I'm 2 cm dialated. She also said over the phone that it can be more effective with 2nd pregnancies. I just hate being messed about with

I would go for it hun. I think you're at the stage now where you've got nothing to lose and it might save you from having an induction.
