I was gonna ask that too :D ,anything worked for you girls  :D xx

SEX!! ....if it doesnt work at least you've had fun trying lol

Is she drinking her Raspberry Leaf tea or taking the tablets?
There meant to induce labour. ...Ive been taking the tablets, but no signs of labour yet.

I was eating spicy chicken the night before my waters broke, I think it was a jamaican recipe or something using a few different spices.

my midwife told my DH that lots of sex would do it

wait..lemme check the box..*runs to the box*
just says its valued to help women in the late stages of pregnancy..im sure budge will have the asnwer to this one..where is she?

Hmm, lemme google it -

It is believed that drinking raspberry leaf tea, or taking raspberry leaf extract, in the late stages of pregnancy will lead to a speedier and more efficient labour.

My midwife told me yesterday to eat lots of fibre and things like corn on the cob as it clears your bowel out making it easier for the baby to come down. I have also read up on this and other things that are supposed to work are sex with inside ejaculation, spicy food, walking and nipple stimulation. Things like castor oil are also supposed to work but it is not recommended as it tastes gross and can give you a real bad case of the squits which I think would not be good in labour. I think I am going to try the nipple stimulation today and apparently you have to tweak and pull the nipple and areola for 15 mins each side for an hour or you could do it using a breast pump if you have one.
