Hi ladies
It's now been 10 weeks since I had sam and I'm still in pain down below. I had 2nd degree tears at the time. It feels like a tear again when I do a poop! And I'm bleeding
It also doesn't feel healed in my foof does any one else feel like this? I'm going to docs hopefully this week, I can't even think about sex ATM
Any advice?

Mine got worse again the last week or so where I was stitched. The doc said it could be part of the healing process. I'm not convinced.

I do have good days and bad days though.

Are you doing your pelvic floor exercises still? That will help the blood flow/healing.

Go have the doc take a look if you are really worried though Hun x

If ur concerned go see ur doc I was always getting them to check lol co I have a 3rd degree tear and epiostomy.
It still throbs sometimes but is ok now

I had an episiotomy and it's still tender from time to time. But if there is bleeding and pain, defo get it checked. Last thing you would need is an infection or something. Hope it heals quickly for you.x

Thanks ladies, I was hoping it would sort itself out and the pain was normal however 10 weeks is a bit much. I'll phone dr at 9 x
