Hi everyone

Well I'm officially fed up of my booblies.... They have always been huge 30G and I've always hated them (and am saving for a reduction) but over the years i've learnt to hide there size well and people often get a shock when they find out what size i am..... well not anymore....

None of my bras fitted so i have just bought some new ones....... 36HH!!!

Arrrrgggghhhhhhh. And i just cannot hide them anymore especially in the maternity tops i am wearing.... everyone is commenting on them and i hate them even more now than i ever did.......

I wish i could have the op and still know i could breastfeed future bambinos ok and that i therefore don't have to live with these monstrosities anymore.......

Awwww    I don't know what to say. I did look in the mirror the other day and were quite shocked at that I seem to be gaining the body of my mother. :(   Do you get backache and stuff? Could you have it done on the NHS? xx

Oh thanks gingercubes..... I don't get back ache or pain etc but i could get it done on the nhs and was excepted by a surgeon due to how much the psychological side of it effects me (i.e. never take my top off for anyone......... including me etc) But they would only take me if i went right down to a 'B' which is a huge body change and i was worried i might swap one psycological problem for another so i felt happier saving and going somewhere in between privately.. But its the whole not being able to BF thing that worries me but then again i don't know how much longer i can go on looking like this!

I hope they go back down once phump arrives! But they might get bigger and Bravissimo who i get my bras from only go up to a JJ i think?

   Please no bigger

Aww sorry to hear about your boobies hun  I bet you probably get loads of girls saying this but I would happily take a little bit off you to supplement mine that are on the small side.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that your pregnancy doesn't make them any bigger. Hope you save up enough soon for the op so you can get them down to a more manageable size  Would they make you wait a certain amount of time after the birth?

Hi there LMP,

First of all, to you.

Secondly, I really think you ought to consider the breast reduction after your pregnancy. I had one when I was 21 and went from a 30HH to a 30E (although the surgeon claimed I was a C cup  I don't think they have all that much experience with littler people!! In actual fact my surgeon told me they generally only reduce you by 3-5 cup sizes because it's not as safe or as easy to go down any further - so I suspect your GP telling you they'd take you to a B cup was a scare tactic to see how much you wanted the op?

Of course I now won't be able to breastfeed but that's the least of my worries. I also have scars ('anchor' shape under my breasts) which have faded to whiet and therefore aren't really visible at all on my skin - but I am very pale and I know the darker your natural skin tone the more obvious the scarring.

However, I don't completely hate my boobs now. They're the same size as each other, they've been 'lifted' by the operation so I look more like a porn star than a 5094836-year old woman.

Please PM me if you need any more info

Do you know i had the same suspicion and that could very well be true .... But also back then when i went for the consultation i was wearing a 30G cup bra that fit perfect across the back and over the cup but when i took my bra off and he measured me he said i was a 'd' cup so would need to go down to a 'B' And no matter how much i told him that my breast wouldn't fit into a D cup if i tried (no matter what back size i tried) he won't have it. TBH he was a complete nasty attitude kind of person i was sat in tears though the trama of taking my top off and he was just rude, abrupt and un-understanding! It was if because they weren't disfigured or causing me problems or didn't look too bad (in his eyes) he just couldn't understand where i was coming from and made me feel ridiculous and a time waster, i came out in right state... so i am really reluctant to put myself through a consultation like that again.

I'm pale too so hopefully scaring won't be too much of a problem but to be honest i think i would cope better with scars than i can cope with how they look now! But that might be ignorance taking becuase i haven't got any scars at the moment....

Thanks for sharing your own story though it always helps!!

Despite the not being able to BF down side would you say you definetly ould do it again to get the results?

1. Your consultant sounds like a tosser. Any chance you could see someone different?

2. YES YES YES I would do it again! Not being able to breastfeed sucks but I've now had 7 years of nice boobs :cheer: and the op wasn't even that painful! You are in a better position than me because you can now have your children first and THEN have the op!
