Tips for burning nipples at 17 weeks

They are sooooo sore any ideas please? Heat pad seems to be helping a little but maybe a cream or something?

I don't know, but mine are very sore this time around too! Aswel as my boobs in general! Awful !

I have heard people use gauze for sore nipples when breastfeeding, but no idea if it will help during pregnancy as presumably they aren't actually cracked, just sore? I had really sore, itchy and cracked nipples about a month ago. OH bought me this and it worked like a dream. It's commonly used when breastfeeding as obviously your nipples will get sore and possibly dry and cracked, but can be used aside from breastfeeding. It's kind of expensive for the size it is but it worked really well for me!
