Don't you think stuff like this is a bit weird, they sell doll "8 year olds" too. I can't imagine having anything like that around my house, they're just too freaky looking.

You can buy moses baskets and all sorts, it's bizarre.

on the shopping channel over here they are always selling these life-sized toddler dolls, with real human hair.

It seems to be old ladies that buy them, but why?????

As the older sister cuddles the younger one, she thinks of how special and important she feels, caring for the sleeping baby. If they are lucky as the years go by, these sisters will never lose the unique feeling of being comfortable in each other’s care. Theirs is a love that is constant and timeless, a love that only sisters can ever know.

always wondered what reborn dolls were as when I buy a lot of knitting patterns they say newborn baby/reborn doll.

They are vile and would be horrible to see something so lifelike just lying there.. :?

pip that ebay one is bizarre.. the hair looks so real!!

I'm gonna be weird here and say, I like some but I don't like any of the ones seen on this thread they are freaky.

I like the baby ones that are asleep and if their faces arn't all scrunched up, I don't like the older ones though and I certainly wouldn't dress them up in all different outfits and accessories if i had one.

But i do like ornamental dolls anyway, I have a small collection of porceline dolls in a box upstairs from when I was younger.

I hate dolls anyway, they frighten me, always have!!!! especially porclain ones.

I used to have 3 but I woke up one morning when I was about 9, and instead of being on the shelf one of them was led next to me on the bed  From then on I've hated them!!!

a lady asked me to do one of my angel photos for a few of these types of dolls that she collected. They totally freaked me out, especially the older looking one it reminded me of chucky  !

Did you not see the tv programme on real dolls budge?

It was kind of fascinating - men who lived with them as though they were real women, took them out and everything - but sad as they couldn't form relationships with real women :?
