Thomas the Tank Cake UPDATE with pics!

I don't do baking (at least not very often!) and I'm not artistic in the slightest

Does anybody have a REALLY SIMPLE recipe for a Thomas the Tank engine cake?

I'm really crap at this sort of thing, but I'm going to give it a go. Whether it will resemble Thomas is debatable

my friend made an ace cake, it had a wind up Thoman and tracks on the top. She just baked a simple cake and iced it, then out this on the top - her son then had the track to play with after
