This is maybe a stupid question (wages)

Brian used to get paid on the 20th of each month so this has never effected us before....

Now, since working offshore he gets paid on the last day of the month - is that still the same for Feb with it being a short month?

I know it is a silly question... but I just want to make sure!

it should be if he gets paid the last day of the month every month it shouldnt mater how many days are in the month, in my last job I was paid this way and got paid on the last working day of the month so this month it would be friday the 29th but a month where last day is a saturday or sunday it would be day before, dont know if that helps!

yes it will be the same for feb as it is still the end of that month also is it the last working day of the month or the last friday of the month because if it id the last friday of the month payday can be a week before the end of the month (if that makes any sense)
