Thirsty!!!!!!!!!

Just been talking to my good friend Budge and we have been discussing thirst in the first trimester! I seem to be so very thirsty at the moment and if I dont drink enough I feel sick. I also feel sick if im hungry and eating so much rubbish!! Hope you girls out there can symphathise lol!!

yep - i had to carry a bottle of waer with me at work and also have some sweets in my pocket so i didn't puke at work!!

Body is using alot of nutrients and fluid at the mo so try to drink lots and eat sensible - lots of carbs!!

I have been drinking lots of water and its the same for me if I dont eat when my belly starts to go abit funny I feel really sick or I am sick, but then I have no appatite, you cant win really x

Probably sounds pretty odd, but my wife sat and ate glasses full of ice cubes all through her first pregnancy.

All I heard when I sat down in the evening was 'crunch-crunch-crunch'

i was exactly the same with my son!! OH was fed up with the crunchin and constant makin up ice cubes!

I'm always thirsty, too! I take bottles of water with me everywhere, and drink my weight in water everyday. I also like drinking water for the first time in my life!!

Its lovely isnt it??? Cant get enough of a nice, cool glass of water, im salivating at the thought!! I can see why some women eat ice cubes definately

Iam going to fill my freezer with ice cube bags in preparation!!! That will be fab in the summer!!! Iam drinking gallons of water at the mo in work, I havent told my work pals yet so I am using it as an excuse for the constant trips to loo

budge my mum was exactly the same with my younger brothers and sister she munched through bags of ice cubes but cracked her teeth aswell it didnt stop her though she was addicted x
