think im miscarrying...

im due to go for a scan today to confirm whether im having a miscarriage or not but i think i am. i bleeding really heavy now. im 7 weeks pregnant.
just wondered if anyone else has gone through this cos to be honest i dont no how im supposed to feel. i just feel numb at the moment. at least the baby's father will be happy!
