Things I don't like about being a Mom

Laurasmum sorry cant disclose too much info as im bound by the data protection act, with my pic of my son on here someone might know me, and associate exactly who im talking about all i can say is its in glasgow and theres several houses. Im sure they could very easily harm a kids, i feel sorry for the people who have bought the houses round about as they have no idea what they have next door to them, especially if they have young kids in the garden playin, send a shudder through me thinking about it

I work with ppl who have severe mental health probs, and have disbilities as well, kinda in a secure home type environment dont really think these guys should be in the community though, their very dangerous, put it this way thank god me and my son stay 10 miles away from where they are, were understaffed often and they tend to escape xkelx

It does need to be better. It makes me dispair that they are let out, if they can't see what they have done wrong etc then they should be locked up for life with no promise of parole. They make my skin crawl but its part of my job to work with them. I remember when I was pregnant I didn't want to take my bump in the same room as them (if that makes sense) as I didn't want to her to hear their voices. The only thing I do have opinions about is that the public should not be told where they live as this would drive them underground and i think this would make them more dangerous. Instead the Police and the Probation Service should be given more resources so they can be monitiored better, and perhaps special hostels could be built so they can all be monitired, they should live their as part of their licence. that way the public would know where they were if you see what I mean. Dionne try not to get too worried though hun, it is usually people known to the child and these stories about paeds taking them off the streets are very rare cases.

A leopard never changes it's spots! They should be shot to be honest! Why should those disgusting people be allowed to live? I get so worked up about it because our bloody system finds out about them puts them in jail for a week and lets them go. Wow haven't they been taught a lesson!

Beanie you must have a cool head on you to work with people like that! I could never do it, I couldn't look them in the eye and talk calmly to them. They make my skin crawl!

(Sorry opinion rant lol!)
