Hi Ladies,

I am 33+2 and have had a bit of a troublesome pregnancy due to having an irritable uterus and having horrendous contractions on and off for weeks now.

Last 2 days/nights I have had terrible back ache, period pains, nausea and practice contractions. I had these signs as I was gearing up for labour with my daughter in 2013 so have not been overally concerned by them as know they are normal.

Tonight I have terrible achey thighs though - almost like toothache but in my thighs - the left side is worse than the right. I never experienced this last pregnancy so am confused as to what it could be. Has anyone else had this or know what it is?

I am assuming it may be a trapped nerve but I don't know I just know it is so achey! I had an hour long soak in the bath which has not helped at all.

Any ideas? x

Try walking around and massaging them get the blood going. Unsure tbh x

I've had painful thighs sometimes with bh/period cramps, sometimes without (although mostly with tbf). Don't know if that would be the same/similar?

Ive had crampy periodyness and with it has come poor circulation heavey periody legs , how about a hot soak in a bubblebath ?

Yep, I get this in the night and in the morning! Getting used to it now, not sure there's much you can do other than have a bath xx
