I'm not feeling very virtuous tonight! Apologies in advance, I just need to have a quick rant as I don't have anyone else I can really talk to.

It is cd96 for me and it has decided to drive me mad tonight. Got bloods done last week but due to unforeseen staff shortages at my GP's I cant get in to see any doctor until Wednesday week 02Mar - no matter how many times I have rang and near enough begged.

My OPK said I had a very strong surge on 04 Feb. Decided last night out of curiosity to try one again and it said I had a strong surge again. I read on the web that this can mean AF is on the way. For the first time ever, I hope this is right! The only physical thing different with me today is...and advance warning of TMI - is that my nipples are extremely sore to touch and hard. I've never experienced discomfort like it. Hoping this is all pointing towards :witch:

Thank you for listening, I feel alot better now :thanks:

Have you done a HPT? Don't want to get your hopes up but sometimes pregnancy shows itself on an opk as a "surge".
Sorry if you've put this on a thread somewhere else :-) Just checking! x

Hey hun, rant away!

I was going to say the exact same thing as princess have you tried HPT? a surge on OPK can be an indicator of pregnancy

Wow CD96, thats crazy, there another lady on here MissJuly who is on CD80 odd too. i think i would go mad. Hope you are ok hun.

xx

I will be honest - have done loads of HPT's just in case it wasn't showing, last one being this morning! Luckily they can be bought cheap as chips, as they say, on various websites!
I came off the pill last May and each cycle I have is getting longer and longer.. went something like 36 days, 45 days 50 days 63 and now currently 96.
I'm realistic that its my hormones gone a bit haywire but if truth be told there is a little part of me that would love for me to be one of those extremely rare cases that just shows up positive on a blood test ;)
Wishful thinking :)
I saw Miss Julys post and am keeping my fingers crossed that she gets good news on Tuesday xx

Well you aint out until the :witch2: gets you, so we shall keep our fingers crossed for you too :petal:

Thank you Princess... stranger things have happened I suppose ;) xx

I'm not surprised you're feeling ratty romc

Hopefully something is happening and you'll know soon enough - fingers crossed :)

Wow Hun I'm I really feel for you ladies who have these long cycles / wobbler random cycles!
I hope you get your BFP or even AF to just get you out of limbo!
Xc

I hope you get the answers you need hun whether it's :witch: or better still a :bfp:

xxx

Crikey you are patient!!

Hope all settles soon either way!!

You must have the patience of a saint. Hope you get an answer an either way soon xxx

Thanks ladies... its just so frustrating. Im normally quite an organised person but I hate not having any control over this. Had my bloods done on 11th and just rang surgery but results still not in. Its says 7-10 days on the form and apparently they are taking the 10 at the moment.

Hiya hun, how frustrating for you. :( Hope you get some answers soon, my hubby made my GP push my blood results and he said they'd be ready in 2-3 working days. I'm on CD87 so can understand the pure frustration at not knowing either way. Hope it's good news for you. x x

Thanks missjuly... keeping my fingers, toes and eyes crossed for u for tomorrow!

Awwww waiting is awful, hope you get your results soon - you too missJ xx

Ok an update, i think!
Its now cd101...yep 101, and I think the witch may be on her broomstick. Had the tiniest amount of light brown discharge last nite and this morn when I wiped. Have my doctors appointment on Wednesday to go thru my bloodtest results. Receptionist said everything in was normal. In just curious about my CD21 bloods and whether that has shown I ov 'd or not. GP said we wud just test to see but wasnt holding out much hope of a result as cycle so long so chances of catching it slim. Going to get myself some agnus castus today! Skib has gotten quite bad on my chest and back and chin and hairline, so even if it doesnt help with my cycle, it mite kick my skin into touch!
