When I was younger I knew a woman who called her kids Aramis, Paris and Giorgio after the fragrances!

Im sorry but 'Tree' and 'Acorn' thats just wrong. Each to their own and all that but those kids are defo gonna change their name by deed poll later in life lol

My friend once had a flatmate called Field (i think her mother was a hippy!).
Acorn is a very odd name, especially for a girl, it sounds more masuline to me.
Im sort of split on the weird name thing as the only name my partner and i can agree on for a boy is........ Yep you guessed it, Jack! However we both desperatly want a girl with ginger hair so we can call her Red. I guess some people would see that a a weird name as it isnt too conventional.

and tree and acorn. oh dear. I am one for unsual names i love them, but some just push it tooooo far ..
i do think leaf is quite nice though but not if your sister is called tree then its just silly..

Another idea could be to call her Roan which is gaelic for red (I knew a little girl called this and she had the most beautiful red hair). I like the name Blue for a boy, also Gray, and Leaf kind of grows on me after a while. saying that if we had a boy our 2 chosen names are Beck or Felix so i guess i just like different names.

Ahh poor kids. I know a little boy called felix, would not be my 1st choice but hey!

I love River! Whats wrong with that, very trendy nowadays, and Skye, Brooke. We settled for Riley, but not many of our family liked it, so we wanted it even more "Smiley Riley"
