the wait is torture

I recently went in for my first US (3/1) and the tech asked me if my cycles were normal and I immediately was nervous. The date of my LMP was 1/7. At the US my measurement should have been roughly 7w3d based on my LMP but the embryo was 6w4d with a heart-rate of 113.
Looking backwards, I know that my partner and I had intercourse between 1/25 (first day - probably preovulation) and 1/28 (last day).
We have a follow up on Tuesday 3/12 to see if there's growth/improvement. The doctor said they were concerned and of course now I'm worried. I'll be 35 in the fall and already have a 3 yo. As I told my hubby who is probably worried more than me (since i am nauseous and feeling like crap!), hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Time will tell.

I don’t think you have anything to worry about just yet, the dates of intercourse match up with the date from the scan in my opinion, sounds like you just ovulated a little later in your cycle, I think the measurements can be a bit inaccurate when it’s still very early on anyway, I think your next scan will give you a better idea as to whether everything is progressing nicely, good luck hope it goes well x
