I had a massive row with OH last night about his lack of photo taking. He slept in the spare room he was that angry. More with himself i think. Tried to turn it round on me saying I'm the one who needs to learn how to use his cameras (er... Yeah ok he's the photographer not me!) but think he was embarrassed because he knows I'm right. The pic above and another I posted a few weeks ago are the ONLY shots he's taken of him. He'll be 7 weeks on Sunday and is changing so much. Can't believe he's not arsed about taking any photos of our beautiful boy. Makes me so sad...

The annoying thing is last year we sold our standard Nikon D60 camera to friends as Shaun needed to get a D700 plus lenses and other equipment he needed for the weddings he had been doing (in addition to his D300 he already has). I can't remember the exact figure but think it was over £4k we spent and put on the credit card. every month I was putting £500-£750 on the credit card and this was the only thing we'd spent on it. What's mine is his though and rather than put the money in a savings account I just paid off the card.

If we hadn't sold the original camera I'd be able to take some half decent photos of him. The D300 and D700 are too complex and every time he attempts to teach me he's so cocky and has no patience when I don't understand him. He's not very good at explaining things and I get bored and confused. When i was bored on maternity i did some online tutorials and took some pics of flowers in the local garden centre. Firstly he went mad I'd took HIS cameras without asking (Wanker - I paid more towards them actually!) and I think he was jealous as rather than encourage me, he just pulled every photo to pieces. So I've not bothered since.

Sorry for the long rant but can you see why im so upset he's not bothered to take any photos?
