Aren't very helpful!
When i first found out i was preg i told them and they promised to sort things out for me. My employees handbook said that for maternity policies i had to speak to the HR department who could get me a copy of them.
I sent work my MAT1B (i've been off sick) about 5 weeks ago with a letter asking that they POST me a copy of my maternity policy.

And i've had nothing, not a phone call or anything! I'm now off sick until my maternity begins anyway but all i wanted was a copy of the company policy!!!!!!!!

I've written another letter which my OH will take in tomorrow but iit's bugged me as i don't have a clue about anything other than my 'general' rights.

Do you have a anyone you are still in contact with at work? maybe they could get them for you?

Oh I have had the same problem and have had to call HR countless times.

I have finally got my letter and MAT1B form back but the letter doesn't mak sense and doesn't actually state what I will be getting from them.
