Ok i need to get back in to my jeans i dont need to lose weight ive almost got back to the weight i was before i had Collier. :D And even though i never had a flat stomach it ever really be to bothred by it Im a size 10/12 (depending which shop you go into   ) but im still on cold days wearing the size 14 joggy pants i bought during pregnancy but those jeans ARE GOING TO FIT AGIAN :shakehead:
But i need to lose the jelly belly inchs that will stubbornly not allow my jean zip or bitton go up or fasten.

I have always been a fit active sporty person but now i need someone to help me get back to this
Egg me on the go swimming running i was even going to get my old dance mat out and have a boop on that and buy a salsa video to get me moving i was even going to start waer aerobics agian :D
We could support each other boss the other to get one with it share experiances and praise support and an incentive to carry on 8)
But i just cant get organised find the time or to be honest when Colliers asleep get of my back side, and get of pf :rotfl:
I think this will help me feel better about myself just doing something for me again :D and get those damned jeans back on before winter sets in

Anyone want to join me ? it could be fun :D

At the end im going to have a joggy pants bonfire in the garden to celeabrate

I could join you!

I am desperate to lose some weight but i always struggle so much with no incentive!

Can I join?

I need to loose my baby weight and have just started exercising again last week. I went for an extra long walk with Maia in the pram to town and took the scenic route back we were out for about 2 hours and the weather was gorgeous. I also went to http://www.pushymothers.com which I really enjoyed and felt like I had done a work out at the end of the hour session (I even went in the rain, I was so impressed with myself).

So far I have lost 4 1/2 lb and need to loose a hell of a lot more :D

I could do with something like this, Daz keeps mithering to get the WII fit but we soo cannot afford to spend £70 on something when i may be out of a job soon lol. I think it would make caitlyn giggle seeing me jump about the living room.

I have started walking the 1.5 mile walk into town rather than driving there. I will be starting a healthy eating regime when i come back from my holiday. 1st september is the dreaded day!! Going to do it though!!

Sarah have you had a look at the Pushy Mothers website? I really enjoed it and flet like I had done a workout at the end. Basically its an exercise class that you do with your LO in the pram. You dont run but you have 3 speeds of walking and do lots of different exercises using the pram to balance you, you also use weight bands for some exercises. The instructor was always reminding us how to walk with the pram and not stick our bums out when going up-hill and we did loads of work on our abs.

Theres also the social aspect of meeting other mums too and everyone was friendly.

Im going to go again I really enjoyed it and Maia seemed to like it too.

Yes we have some lovely countryside near where I live although I havent been over that way with the pram just yet. I live next door to a farm so I have just been walking round the fields and on suitable footpaths for the pram and also into town.

We don't have any lakes or riverside nearby within walking distance, I would have to get in the car and drive a short distance for that. Although theres a stream at the bottom of the farmers field, would that count !!! Ha ha only kidding

Been doing well this week on the exercise front.

Went for a walk on Sunday and got caught in the rain, took shelter under a tree and someone in their car stopped and gave us a brolly!! Excelllent so we walked home and was dry.

Monday I went for a really long walk was out for just short of 2 hours.

Tuesday went to the park and was out for an hour

Today I have been to Pushy Mothers for my hours workout.

Hoping to go out again either tomorrow or Friday just to the shops for some bits and bobs for a meal Im cooking on Saturday.

Oh I weighed myself again today and I have lost another 1.5lbs

Really want a Wii Fit so I can do some exercise when its raining and especially as Autumn and Winter are fast approaching and Summer has been a complete wash out.

How about everyone else how have you been getting on with your activities?

Wow youve been busy Charlie well done you  keep it up :D

I went to water arobics class today it was brilliant :cheer: :cheer:

ive looked into solo salsa normal arobics and ive talked to a lady who dose a the buggy walk similar to what you mentioned
So im going to be busy getting fit having fun and hopfully mak some new friends

Mentioning wi fit makes me remember i have to get James to get my dance mat out of the cealer :D

Aqua aerobics sounds great I would like to give that a go, will look out for some in my area.

Well Hubby came home this evening after working in Ipswich for a few days and he happened to call in at Toys R Us as it was next to where he was staying and they had just had a delivery of Wii Fits so theres no excuse for me now!

Went to have Maia weighed yesterday and took her in the pram, it was quite a distance it took me 40 minutes to walk there and I was fair motoring cause I didnt want to be late. Going to GooGle Earth it and see how far it is.

Been out again today but not very far only to the bakers and back probably only 1 mile or so.

Ooh I like this thread I feel really motivated by writing everything down.

Glad its helping Charlie :D your doing great with all the walking :cheer:
