It's been harder than I thought getting back on track still pinching the odd sweet but other than that good No exercise though, had a massive migraine yesterday and today I've creaked my neck I know excuses, excuses
i've been doin good the past couple of days!! have had a bite of katie's toast in the mornings - am not really a breakfast person, but know i need something to kickstart the ol' metabolism have been eating much smaller portions, soup for lunch. have found myself wanting a snack in the afternoon, around katie's dinner time especially, my downfall is eating half her dinner!! have been having ryvita and creamcheese then tho! and really small portions for dinner, had spag bol in a cereal bowl tonight!! have not had chance to do exercise tho would have been out for a walk, but i cant in this bloody weather!!
I weighed myself on monday and it was much worse than I thought !!!! Have started healthy eating this week but I have already had a few biscuits!!!! Where is my will power?????
