I missed it Saw yesterdays but not tonights, damned OH and darts....What DID happen to poor baby charlotte?

baby charlotte died of a chemical imbalance in her blood.
no murder or anything, but the mum claire was diagnosed with PND and that when she travelled back to the house from the hotel the night of charlotte dying she went in the house and picked charlotte up and realised she was gone and tried to bring her back by cpr but failed.
the nanny broke the window in charlottes room to make it look like someone had kidnapped her but it was her and simon baxter that buried charlotte in the woods.
