usually if me and oh sat down for a film or something on an evening or even if i was just on here i would reach for the chocolate or biscuits. I've started to treating myself to really nice grapes so when i want to just snack i know im not doing myself too much harm and i enjoy them :D
Maybe that could work for you?? xx

be careful with th go ahead type things as they arnt as healthy as you think :?

I don't tend to eat healthily but I have become addicted to cream crackers, not sure if they are that healthy but certainly better than chocolate!! :D
also apples and cheese is good or a banana sandwich is nice... mmm... what about salad?

i'm just about to have a mince pie, oh how healthy

I went and got me some grapes and sugar free gum, having a sunday lunch for tea but had crackers and cheese for dinner, just sat on the puter at my mums house :cheer: The kids always take over looking after Hope so i have a break

Blow this i just keep thinking only a couple of weeks of endulgence left then i wont have time to eat crap lol so im making the most of it. I have no idea how much weight i put on so far, not sure i want to know tbh let hope the breast feeding gets rid of it quickly :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hey hun, just be carefull with the whole sugar free business... i would rather have sugar in my foods than it be full of aspertame and chemicals, (depending what it is) its not good for a growing baby. a bit of sugar wont hurt :) i actually ate exceptionally healthy during first and second tri, but when your so heavy and sore you dont fancy slaving over the cooker i know, but you can scrub and prick a big yummy potatoe and shove it in the microwave for 8 mins then just put some beans and cheese on the mic for 40 seconds add a bit of butter its so good thats what iv really been enjoying lately xx

Big glass f water - it makes you feel full, porridge, muller lights are all fat free and yum.
