Im not a drinker really so dont have the alcohol cravings, but I did used to be a smoker pre pregnancy and have the odd urge for a ciggy every now and then.

Ive been so good though, really proud of myself

Well done Jaidy for giving up the fags, I socially smoked when I had a drink at weekends, and I do miss a large glass of red wine and a menthol malboro on a friday night!!

Had the occasional small glass of wine now and again, but no fags..I do stand next to OH now and again when he is having a fag and sniff the smoke!!! It helps with the odd craving I get, usually when I am stressed!!

Yeah im guilty of having a bit of a whiff when OH smokes too!!!!!

Sometimes it smells SO good where as other days I couldnt give two hoots, think it depends on the stress levels like you say
