Testing date information...please!

Posted this question just now in the thread about testing dates but perhaps should have put it as a new question?
Sorry i'm new to this and you have probably answered this question about a million times but here goes....!
Do you girls test the day AF is due? 7th is my date but I was wondering on the actual success rate of those early tests you can do at 3-4 days before AF?
I did one today but was BFN and I wondered if that's it this cycle or if I still have a slim chance of BFP?
Any input or experiences welcome!

I always test when AF is due for 2 reasons.
1 - If your pregnant its going to be a darker line the later you test, if you test early and get a BFN its very upsetting, if you test early you could get false BFN's.
2 - I had a chemical pregnancy so dont want to get a BFP early to find that i actually lose it when AF is due.

If i were you id test again in a few days

Thanks! makes complete sense and will save money too. God, can't imagine living in the days when pregnancy tests didn't exist!
