Tens machine...

I have panic attacks and had some relaxing tapes with me. I used a hired obstar tens machine and listened to the tapes. The tens was a great distraction and gave me something else to think about. Worked a treat.

i used a TENS machine when i had my little girl. I was open to having other pain relief but i coped well with just the TENs, kept it on right up until they told me to start pushing. I did try gas and air right at the end but my breathing was too quick so after 3 breaths or so it made me sick

I rented mine and think it cost me around £20 or something like that for 4-6 weeks, well worth the money and will be using one again this time around
