Templates for Thank you notes?

I want to make thank you notes from Riley with a photo or 2 on, I know I could do my own from scratch but does anyone know of a site that has a nice template?

I just found this program that you download and you can make loads of stuff on there, invitations, scrapbooks, animated ones to email to people
