They wear them, though youl find they use them as toys too lol, not meant to chew on them but my lil lady cant get hers in her gob!

I think there worth the money and there working for immy.

I have a couple for Maddison and I think they work, she isnt as whingy in the day now. She doesnt bother with it and it isnt long enough for her to chew on
