Its totally crap, we live in a very tight budget before adding a baby to the mix. We actually couldnt make our weekly shop cheaper if we tried!! Both paid off our cars now which is good, we'd be out of a job if we didnt have cars.

OMG, seriously?! they are seriously making this whole process much harder than it needs to be!!!!everything else you just get the form online!!

Yep seriously, and i said to the women how am i meant to think far back when i was about eleven years old lol.
I did actually look online for a form but it said i had to ring a certain number so i didnt see the form to download for me to print which i think they should make that easier lol. x
