help with tax credits please

just sorting out all my finaces for our new baby.
for tax credits and working family tax credits is it the same form??
do i have to ring up for a form or can i get 1 from the internet?

its all the same form and you need to ring up im afraid! just make sure you have plenty of time oon your hands when you do

i keep trying to ring then and after about 3 secs the phone goes dead. is this normal?

It took my husband 2 weeks to get hold of tax credits! The same was happening to him. The website does say when it's best to phone. Can't remember the exact times though. Good luck trying to get through Hun! Xx

They're a nightmare to get hold of hun but keep at it

I called for our forms last week and was on the phone for 30 mins at one point! At 10p a min i'm not looking forward to recieving our landline bill this month! x
