tax credits- annoyed

I spent ages filling out the million page tax credits form in May and have since started getting tax credits. Now they have sent me the same form to fill out AGAIN to send back before july 31 or the tax credits stop! What a load of bureaucracy!

You can do you renewal over the phone if you want, it's much easier. Just make sure you have all you info to hand.

just renew over the phone i did it only took 10 mins just make sure you have all the right amounts.
