Last year we got a renewal letter.
Once I got it, I rang up gave them our new/change of details and it was done.

I went from full time to part time for three weeks and full time for the last week in the month in november and so loose a weeks salary a month. I have been trying to tell them ever since, they need me to provide like 5 documents to show the changes to payslips, a details of my work benefits scheme and contract between my company and the provider and my original contract of employment etc !!
I give up they tell you to let them know straightaway of any changes , and so I did!!
They overpaid us last year and so we don't get anything, haven't for months till they take back what they over gave! Stupid thing is with this change that could all be sorted and we could get some money again!
