We are going on holiday next month and our toddler will be in the pool a lot, we have a ring with the leg holes but that's a bit to small for her now and she probably would like more freedom. What swimming aids do use for a 2 year old? Xx

My 1 year old has arm bands and that's it. He loves taking himself off for a paddle!

I don't use any. My son seemed to be freaked out by arm bands and floats etc. He's happier just holding onto one of us and stretching his arms and legs out to try and swim.

Thank you, will probably try arm bands and bigger rubber ring. Was going to get a swim vest but they are quite expensive! Xx

I've just got some arm bands for my 2 yr old from b&m for £1. We did have some from mother care but they were too wide for him. From b& m they are minions ones and he loves them .

We use arm bands, we got a swim vest but she hates it lol.x

I suppose it's what ever she will wear then! I will probably end up getting one of each! X

Noah had arm bands and while we were there we found a peppa pig rubber ribg. He loved it!!!

He loves his watering can the best mind haha! Xx

Were going on holiday on Mon. Weve been taking our LO swimming since 4 weeks old so he llovesnthe water. Up until a couple of months ago we had no water aids as the swimming instructor said ift was good to get them used to the water without them first. Now hes older (2 today) he wants to be more independent so we have got him arm bands. Over the few weeks hes built up the ability to use them. We will obviously be with him at all times but I like the idea of the arm bands for safety.

Millie loves her watering can too! She loves making a little puddle for each of us and we have to Jump in it haha. I suppose it's best having a few options then and see what she likes best! x

They had swim vests in Aldi for £5.99 I think they were. I have one to try this week if not it is clinging on to mum and dad.
