swelling *updated*

i have very swollen ankles, fingers, wrists, and face but no headaches or dots, and i feel ok in myself, could i have pre-eclampsia or could it be water? i dont want to rush off to the hospital but at the same time i dont want to stay at home if there could be a problem

I saw my midwife this afternoon, there was protein in my urine and BP was slightly high so was sent to hospital for monitering, home now though they think the protein is a urine infection and the swelling is water, its such a relief as my mum and grandma both had pre eclampsia!!!!

Yep, I'd say go see your midwife. She might fob you off over the phone, so see her.
