Sweeps...

Ive been trying to look for an animation or something on sweeps online but i cant find anything.

Does anyone know exactly what happens when you have a sweep? Probably a dumb question seen as ive had 2 now lol but i dont know much about them.

My midwife said this time that she felt the babies head and she felt my membranes (waters) bulging. How could she feel this without breaking my waters? Anyone know any more? xx

she can feel his head through the membrance meaning he is right the at your cervix my LO is in the same place all they do is insert their finger into you cervix and pull it away and sweep round with their finger this can the make your body release the hormone needed to kickstart labour
