Swaddling

Hello all...

I'd like to try swaddling my son, but there are thousands of videos on YouTube on how to do it, and the methods differ somewhat! So confusing.

Is there a best way to swaddle a baby? What have you tried and tested???

I am not sure he'll like being swaddled as he sleeps with his arms out, but it's worth a try. Xx

I swaddle my daughter with her arms in because otherwise she throws her arms about which doesn't wake her until she hits herself in the face! Using a square blanket I fold one corner over slightly (so it looks Diamond shaped) and place her shoulders on it. I then bring the left side (your left as your looking at baby) over and tuck it underneath her, I bring the bottom bit up over her feet and tuck it behind her left shoulder, then I pull the right side round (quite tightly) and tuck it under the left side x

Yeah, tried swaddling.... He is not a big fan.
