Best swaddle blanket

Niamh seems to be back to preferring swaddling after a couple of tries in her grobag (fickle child!). I have one half decent swaddle blanket from babies r us, although she kicks her feet out and they end up freezing! I've treid swaddling her in normal blankets but she breaks out of them, or I worry she'll get too hot as they are wool rather than cotton. Whats the best blanket you use for swaddling? Are these gimicky things worth it e.g. miracle blanket, swaddle-me, grobag swaddle? Also, do you add another blanket on top of the swaddle?

We don't use any fancy swaddle blankets just a normal one wrapped very tight! We have the same problem with his feet poking out and getting cold. Our room is very cold so we add another blanket on top anyway and that covers his feet also keeping them snug and warm as well. Bearing in mind its winter I would say your fine with another blanket!
