supplements. what to take?

Im not sure if I should take pregnacare tablets or just folic acid?? I was Panning to take vitamin D tablets along with either of the supplements I take as I just red an artical on the importance of it. I would love your advice x

I only took folic acid until 13wks, and the only other thing I take is iron cuz my doc prescribed it x
