sudden back and stomach pain

hi there i was just sitting down watchin my son and all of a sudden i got a shooting pain across my back and then round my stomach, i couldnt move for a couple of seconds it wasnt very painful just uncomfortable anyone have any ideas what it could be? only lasted a couple of seconds and im 24 weeks pregnant tomorrow thanks.

I get the odd shooting pain that makes you suck in your breath, when you suddenly get up or twist, don't worry about it too much, just keep an eye if you get them more often than normal

It think its more a stretching pain but definitely if it persists get it checked hun x
