Strange Stomach Pain

Right am 20 weeks and I have been experiencing some pain on my lower stomach, it feels like i have been at the gym doing stretches its a strange pain also i have really bad back ache can anyone tell me what this is maybe round ligament pain?

I have been experiencing this but being this is my first, i keep brushing everything off and telling myself i'm over thinking and worrying about everything. Even though i'm still not sure what it is, its nice to know i'm not the only one

I had this today too, kinda feels a little like a stitch but worse and quite low down, I think it's just stretchy pains xx

nice to know other people are experiencing this too and i aint the only worried one. Its stopped now but still got really bad back ache
