I'm 7+4 today and really struggling with nausea to the point where i am struggling to do anything but lie on the sofa..sometimes eating something helps but that depends on me having enough energy to get off the sofa and i have to really force it down as i just dont fancy anything. Also lying on the sofa isn't easy as i also have a 4 year old that needs entertainment- although ove told her i wasnt feeling well and shes been a star. I dont expect a reply, im just feeling a bit sorry for myself - and im probably one of the lucky ones as im never actually sick although i think that would make me feel better sometimes! 😔

Sorry to hear you are struggling. Nausea sucks!!!! What helped me a lot was a dry cracker eaten VERY FIRST thing after I woke up. And best not to let yourself get to the point when you are hungry... healthy & small snacks but often.

Hope this passes soon xx

sorry about the nausea xx

when I feel nauseous, I just dont eat so Im not sure what to suggest apart from hoping that it subsides soon xxx

liking the cracker advice, I'll keep that in mind myself.

Sorry your suffering!

I found sucking on a boiled sweet helped, something sharp tasting like a lemon sherbet! Also 'Bottlegreen' do a ginger & lemongrass cordial which also got rid of any nausea for me!

Hope you feel better soon xx

I really don't know what helps, wish I did... it's miserable isn't it. I feel pretty awful most of the time x
