I currently have a Mamas and Papas 3 in 1 Combination Travel System but it is too big for my car (VW Polo) I want to get a stroller/buggy that is easier to put in my boot.

My little boy is only 6 weeks old so m not sure whther I can get one that would be small enough for the car and still suitable for him.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi! I have the same problem - my M&P pram is so heavy I had a big lump sticking out of my tummy last time I put it in the car

Toys R Us have a good sale at the mo...most of them are suitable for newborns, I think they just have to lie flat. They are about £50 for a new one. Ebay have some bargains too. I like the Maclaren techno XT but it's about £140 which is a lot when you've already spent about £300 on a pram that you can't use :wall:

What about the M&P Aria?

You can get it from Argos for £99.99 and the M&P site says it's suitable from birth. You can also use the Primo Viaggio car seat to make it a travel system.
If you get the stroller and car seat you get a discount - so both for £179.99 and you get a footmuff, raincover and changing bag thrown in.

We've got this, but as I'm due with my first in October I haven't tried it with a baby in it - only pushing it around the house! So I'm hoping it will suitable. It def fits in out fiesta and is light at 5kg.

Any stroller will do as long as it reclines fully and with the weather being unpredicatble, maybe it would be wise to invest in one that has a hood and cosy toes for the colder days of summer.

I have a M&ps Aria. I bought it from Argos and I got a free ruck sack, cosy toes which is really good quality and a good rain cover for £70. It reclines fully too!

i have an o baby buggy that is suitable from birth it has a head support and it reclines it cost £70 and it has a hood and comes with a raincover.

I have the chicco 'london' stroller. It was 69.99 and came with raincover and cosytoes. It reclines so its suitable from birth and its a lovely bright red colour so unisex too. I was using a m&p travel system before I got the stroller and I used to have to put the chassis in the boot and the pram bit on the backseat of the car it was so big! The stroller only takes up half the boot so its quite compact in comparison. :D

Thought this might help any of you ladies,
Boots have got a load in the sale at the moment and with 2000 extra reward points which works out to be £20 (IIRC) might be worth a looksie on there??
I know they have a quinny on there for £149 :D
