theyve appeared, just had a bath and there they are  its like its happened over night

ive felt a lot of tightening the last few days but have been slapping on the oil and cocoa butter :(

is there anything else i can do???? im horrified, i have no confidence as it is and now im so scared of oh seeing them, i know i sound like a drama queen but im gutted, just want to cry

I don't think there's much you can do to be honest. They do fade to a silvery colour a few months after the birth. I could hardly see the one's James gave me until I got pregnant again. I'm sure your OH wouldn't be bothered by them

unfortunately stretch marks happen in pregnancy. No amount of cream or oil will prevent them appearing as you get stretch marks in the lower layers of your skin if the elasticity in your skin can no longer cope- moisurisers treat the top layers of skin. Some people have good elasticity and avoid stretch marks until right near the end, other people get them earlier. They will fade and become less obvious. Sorry that you feel bad but you really are not alone. Just try to think of how little you will care about them when your beautiful baby is in your arms

i had some new ones in this pregnancy my belly looks like map of britain with them

most ladies get some its normal but carry on creaming as this can reduce them. slap some Bio oil on now (from boots) this will really help them fade.
