strange rash.. can anyone help?

Hey girls.

I have this wierd rash just below my chest at the top of my stomach, its really red, very lumpy, itchy and looks alot like a burn. Im really worried because i noticed that it had started to spread today, just a little bit. It seems to worsen when im wearing a bra (no bra in particular, just any bra)

Please help, I dont have GP in london yet and am quite concerned

hey kezz... i hope your well. I havent called the NHS direct yet, as i didnt think there was any reason to, but im becoming increasingly concerned as it has worsened since having my bra on, I thought I may be allergic to the washing up liquid, but all of my clothes are washed in the same liquid and i have it no where else

Mmmm.....unless your skin is just rubbing on your bra & causing the chaffing

Have you tried to put some cream on it to soothe it at all?

Hi - Have you ever had chickenpox because that's the sort of place shingles turns up. Friend of mine got it and that's where the rash was. Might not be, of course, but get it checked out. Ringing NHS Direct is a good idea

I would try E45 if you have it or even Sudocreme if you have that too. Hope it clears up soon hun. x

Guys! Im allergic to Iron tablets! who would have thought it! Especially since my GP suggested that I was anemic! lol. Sods law eh!

I was so worried and was feeling so incredibly faint yesterday, I collapsed twice and couldn't stand, the OH's first response was "are you pregnant" i was like "come on dude, im not bloody pregnant" lol. He seems to be extremely desperate lol. Clealy not helping with the relaxed approach when all he talks about is sperm and sex! lol

Whew!! That's good to know. I'm intolerant of iron tablets - make me vom. My first thought was shingles too. Or stress. Glad it's just iron tablets. Get your iron from steak and spinach etc. Yum

aw girls thanks.. its horrible! i took one yesterday before i realised what it was. I confirmed it with the NHS direct, and several different websites and family members.

I have been strongly advised to see the doctor as the rash is apparently not going to go down by itself, and if i leave it to, it will take a long while.

I have been so incredibly unwell, lack of apetite, strange moods. I fainted last night, have been feeling dizzy all day today. I went out to eat with my hubbs at around 9 and when the food came, i just felt sick! it was so wierd, i couldnt even look at it, I would have thrown up there and then (but i hate vomit so hold it down tmi sorry)

Hey girls....

I know I'm not pregnant. I'm not going out of my way to TTC and I just think its going to take me and OH longerr to get pregnant than four months. My mum took five months to conceive me, and longer to conceive my younger sister. So I KNOW in my heart that I'm not pregnant.

I think I've been stressed with my Degree etc.. but yes Kezza I am in the 2ww... but I'm not waiting for anything lol.

Your in your 2ww right?? how are you holding up?? any symptoms or are you relaxing?

sorry sunny girl- I need to get some steroid cream for this rather painful and EXTREMELY unnatractive rash! it looks like a burn and THANK god its on my ribcage and not on my boob because im certain my oh would not want to touch me. He has a thing for his woman being perfecto and all times lol xxx
