Strange line on asda test

Hi everyone,
I wondered if somebody could please help me. I did a hpt this morning and a pink line appeared horizontally and I'm not sure what this means - could it be a faulty test? The asda ones need to have 2 vertical lines to indicate a bfp so was a bit confused by this! I've done 2 of these Asda ones before and this hasn't happened on them.
I'm on Cd 35 but no idea on Ovulation date as I came off the pill in August and have only had 1 period since my break bleed (first cycle was 55 days!). Now on Cd35 of this cycle. I've attached url pics. It lasted about 10 mins then faded to the single line.

Thanks ladies..better luck next time ☺ I just found the site and signed up this morning. Annoying having an irregular cycle as I'm supposed to be out having a catch up with friends tonight, which will probably involve wine... Might do another 1 in a few hours just to double check ha ha. Very frustrating not knowing! Been symptom spotting but probably just mind paying tricks on me like I'm sure I've had a bitter taste in mouth for 2 weeks and qas feeling nauseous all last week (been fine for last 3 days). Trying not to but it's hard not to isn't it!

You should you be ok with a glass or 2 of wine. I had quite a heavy night when I was 3/4 weeks pregnant. (Obv I had no idea and felt awful and haven't touched a drop since) have you re-tested yet?xx

I did another test to be sure before I started drinking - used a superdrug early detection one answer was 100% negative. Had some spotting this morning so I guess AF is on her way... looking on the bright side it means my cycle this month is 36 days (much better than the 55 last time!). Hey ho better luck next month!

I did this test today and had the Same thing! Then it dried I took it as negative . Wishing you BFP soon x
